In the SC Teacher Working Conditions Survey, a measure of novice teachers’ perceptions of mentor assistance in improving classroom instruction, including help with lesson planning, instructional strategies, classroom management, assessment and data use, curriculum alignment, content knowledge, and reflective teaching practices through observation, feedback, and modeling.
